Young Alumni Gather With Eighth Grade for Chapel and Dinner

With record-breaking attendance exceeding 200, Saint David’s eighth graders and high school age alumni gathered on Monday, November 24 for one of our most cherished traditions - the annual pre-Thanksgiving Alumni Chapel and Dinner..

In his Chapel talk, John Catsimatidis ‘07 inspired the boys to seek their values-aligned purpose and to embrace challenges in order to achieve fulfillment. Chapel was followed by a pre-Thanksgiving dinner in Hyman Hall where eighth graders had the opportunity to speak to the young alumni about their secondary schools.  At the conclusion of the evening, the Class of 2025 presented a check to Director of Development J.P. Hormillosa for the Ethiopia Schools fundraising projects they spearheaded as eighth graders.

The memorable evening also included the dedication of the Class of 2025 Legacy Gift - the school's 75th Anniversary Banner.
