Schoolwide Thanksgiving Food Drive

The 59th annual Thanksgiving Food Drive was a great success. Led by the eighth grade under the guidance of teacher Tom Ryan, the drive involves participation of all classes. The boys sell pies, collect donations and contribute to food baskets which are distributed prior to Thanksgiving to the United Congregational Church and to the Bethel Community Church, sponsored by staff members Stanley Livingston and William Best. This year, 650 pies were sold and over 150 boxes of food assembled. The good lies in doing good—and meaningful opportunities to do so are woven throughout a boy’s experience.
