Hit Musical Matteo

"Musn't let a little thing like little stop you."

Fifth graders certainly didn't--delivering a "big," extraordinary performance of Matteo, a boys' version of Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical.

Over several weeks this spring, the boys collaborated as a company on all aspects of the show: character development, sets, choreography, design. Whether a lead or member of the chorus, each boy dug deep into his character and played off each other, making for emotionally rich portrayals and a crowd pleasing hit!

In every grade, Saint David’s boys take the stage. These performances invite them to step outside themselves, explore emotion, and inhabit new perspectives.
