A Living Tradition at The Met

Just a short walk from the school’s front doors, The Met extends the boys’ education in the arts and humanities into one of the world’s great cultural institutions. In a long-held tradition, by the time a boy graduates, its galleries have become a familiar Saint David’s classroom.

Recently our eighth graders explored the ancient Greek Art galleries at the museum. The boys will visit the Met and other New York City museums several times this year to deepen learning within their art history classes.
