Saint David’s School seeks a full-time Events Coordinator to start August 26, 2019. Saint David’s is an independent K-8 school for boys, located in Manhattan. Founded in 1951 in the Catholic tradition, the school welcomes everyone.
Saint David’s seeks a dedicated, results-oriented professional with a passion for working in a mission-driven and team-oriented environment. The Events Coordinator will manage several annual events overseen by the Development and Alumni offices, to include invitation design to day-of execution, volunteer liaising, and support for the Parents Association annual benefit dinner dance and auction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Position reports to the Director of Development and collaborates with Development team
Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of coordinating events and working with volunteers.
Ability to manage and multi-task a diverse range of projects.
Excellent organization, interpersonal, creative, written, and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and auction bidding systems a plus. Please send cover letter and résumé to: email@example.com
