1. Please fill in the form and select the submit button at the bottom of this form. If you are ordering more than one line item in a different color or size, please make a note in the comments section. We will confirm that your selections are available and the price. Checks (made payable to Saint David's School) or cash may be left at the front desk of the school, marked to the attention of School Store (Lisa Davidson/Dorian Fuhrman). Goods will be available for collection upon receipt of payment.
2. If you are not ordering online, you can obtain and leave the order form at the front desk along with a check (made payable to Saint David's School) or cash marked for the attention of School Store (Lisa Davidson/Dorian Fuhrman). You will be notified by email or phone when your order is available for collection.

If you are unable to collect the goods from the school we are willing to mail and will provide a price for this service upon application. Goods will be mailed on receipt of a check, made payable to Saint David's School. Please do not mail cash.
