A cohort of rising eighth graders are with teachers in Spain for two weeks of cultural study and Spanish language instruction. Today, after classes, they will travel to a ham factory where they will learn about the natural curing process of one of Spain's great gifts to the world, jamon serrano. This is the eighth year of the Spain Summer Study program. See the related Headmaster's Blog entry.
