Throughout the year, Seventh Grade boys make weekly visits to senior citizens who live at Carnegie East House, where they engage in conversation with residents and play games with them. For Halloween, the residents voted on the boys' costumes and the winner was...checkerboard man! The visits to Carengie East House are a prominent feature of the boys' study in religion of "living one's creed," which emphasizes the importance of community action, and being agents for the good.
