A Christmas themed Grandparents Day brought a jolly Santa and fun-loving dancing elves to Saint David’s as delighted grandparents and special friends of boys in the pre-primary grades enjoyed a program of classic Christmas music. After welcoming remarks by Lower School Head Kim Davidson and Headmaster David O’Halloran, the boys performed several holiday classics, including Frosty the Snowman, Deck the Halls, and Jolly Old Saint Nicholas. All joined in sing-a-longs of Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Deck the Halls and We Wish You a Merry Christmas. After the performance, the visitors accompanied the boys back to their classrooms where they engaged in learning activities together.
