Seventh graders have begun an observational drawing unit conducted through the school's partnership with the Guggenheim. The boys will select one of the works by a master artist in the museum's Thannhauser Collection, and will employ the observational drawing skills they have been learning to create their own detailed drawing of the work. The unit will culminate with an exhibit in the museum's art studios of several of the drawings that the boys have produced this year.
