Tuition includes athletics, books, lunch, student accident insurance, and Parents Association dues.
 

2013-2014 Payment Schedule

February 8, 2013
A non-refundable deposit of $6,000 is due in order to reserve a place for the following academic year. 

June 3, 2013
60% of tuition is due.  Payments received after the due date are subject to interest penalties.  No student will be admitted to school in September if tuition accounts are not current.

December 2, 2013
The remaining 40% of tuition is due, less the $6,000 deposit.  Payments received after the due date are subject to interest penalties.  No student will be permitted to return in January if tuition accounts are not current.

A participant in the Tuition Management System Plan will make payments on dates under the terms of that agreement.

  Financial Aid

Financial aid is available beginning in Kindergarten for families who demonstrate need.  Applications for admission are evaluated independently of financial aid applications.  Those who do not apply for financial aid concurrently with their application for enrollment must wait two years before they are eligible.  The application fee is waived for financial aid applicants. 

If you are applying for financial aid, please file the Parents’ Financial Statement with the School and Student Services for Financial Aid (SSS).  Forms are available from SSS Online (sss.nais.org) and should be sent along with a copy of your most recently filed federal tax return to Saint David’s School no later than December 2, 2013. 

A financial aid recipient is subject to the same due dates and late payment terms as all others.

Additional Fees 2013-2014 for Major Annual School Trips

Trip fees listed above are based on 2012-2013 school year.  Other incremental fees that are not covered by tuition may apply.
