Sibling Legacy Policy

In an effort to foster a strong community of families, Saint David's offers the option of early notification to parents of siblings and legacies. Such families are required to go through the same admissions process as all other candidates. If accepted, these parents are required to respond with a signed contract and a nonrefundable deposit check by a designated date. This date is earlier than the standard ISAAGNY notification date. Families who choose the early notification plan and decide to enroll their boys at Saint David's are required to withdraw all applications to other schools to which they have applied. Sibling/Legacy families who elect not to take early notification will be notified at the same time as all other applicants.

Parents have the option of electing early notification at more than one school if their child is a legacy at multiple schools. It would be considerate of these families to advise the schools of their decision.

Legacy and sibling parents seeking financial aid will be notified of their grant at the time of acceptance.

Legacy at Saint David's is defined as son of an alumnus.
