Saint David’s School seeks qualified candidates for the position of Fifth Grade Homeroom Teacher, effective September, 2012. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serving as homeroom teacher for approximately 20 boys
Teaching American History, English and Religion
Attending chapel and giving chapell talks; attending lunch and other daily activities with homeroom students.
Successful candidates will have a BA or MA in history or a related field; 2-5 years’ teaching experience; excellent oral and written communication with school constituencies; a preference for middle school and boys’ education; a commitment to character development; flexibility, good judgment, and humor.
